I was talking to a new provider recently who was asking how to make sure that the client was not an undercover officer, and at the end of the discussion in which I kept saying there is no sure fire way to tell, I came up with an idea...so keep an open mind and tell me what you think.
The provider meets the client and invites him in. She kisses him on the cheek and says that she is going to take a shower and wants him to join her. She strips off her clothes, gets in, and tells him to "come on". Once they are both naked in the shower, and dripping wet, she kisses him. I would think that the client could not possibly be undercover with any kind of case after that point. After all, the natural thing to do after being in the shower naked with a woman is to dry off and have sex, right? As long as she never said anything about sex for money during the negotiation discussions, and never does, I would think that the donation left behind, would be strictly that, a donation, and not a fee paid for services rendered.
What prosecutor is going to go in front of a judge after his star witness admits he followed her into her shower, got naked, and kissed the defendant, and still ask for a conviction?
Now I realize that high volume girls would not go for this scenario, due to the drying effects of the showers, but it should work for the girls who only have one or two appointments per day.
If the guy balks or refuses to take a shower with her, she could just ask him to leave due to his hygiene, or lack thereof.
The other nice thing about the shower is that it guarantees that both parties smell good and are fresh, a benefit that everyone can appreciate.
Yes, it requires more towels to be washed, but even that can add to the experience if the provider invests in a towel heater.....because everyone loves a warm towel when they get out of the shower.
my biggest concern with this hobby is getting arrested, so whatever it takes to make it safer in this regard is OK with me.

There have been providers who have been arrested in Ohio meeting an undercover LE at a restaurant. Just meeting got her arrested. She got so scared that she will not take new clients anymore.
Also in the state of Texas they allow the officers to to do more. In Maryland a few years ago the cops had sex with the women in the massage palour. The case still went to court it was later thrown out.
Providers should strive to keep regulars around so they don't have to see new people all the time. That way they can go under the radar. They can get referred to other known hobbyists via the back channel. I have found the back channel to be the best way to meet providers that I have not seen before and also it is a good way for providers to get good clients.

You're assuming everyone will be honest in court.
Which means nothing that the gal does in the room will save her with the possible exception of not taking any money at all and setting up hidden cameras.
She's doomed. Completely doomed.
If it's all part of the set up, they can have sex with her and still admit it in court (in some states at least). She needs to meet some providers who know what to do! Then she still needs to have VERY good luck if she wants to stay safe.

I'm the undercover cop and I'm CROOKED. I'm putting my clothes back on after having sex. I turn my recording device back to "on" as I'm dressing without you noticing. I produce the money & ask how much. If she answers, she's busted. Even if she doesn't answer, or is never even asked but says, "Thank you" as I lay the donation down, she could be busted. Bottom line, the cop can haul her in if he's dishonest. These tactics might be effective at thwarting an honest cop. But a dishonest one can and will use what ever sliver of evidence he collects. He used a condom right? If he flushed it down the toilet, there's no evidence that he actually fucked her. (After he's booked her, he can go wash his dick off.) But he gets her to accept the money and he's dishonest? Then he can and probably will book her.

Could even be a former client working off a deal from the result of a prior sting.
....how about if I secretly videotape the entire session (including the dishonest cop busting her afterwards) and then bail her out of jail?
I was hoping that some of you "professional" providers would have commented with a solution that works.
