I know that if you're interested in downtown I can recommend the Renaissance or the Cincinnatian or If you're not interested in downtown you can also try the Radisson with the revolving restaurant right across the river in Covington, KY. Unfortunately I'm not very familiar with Columbus so you may want to try providers that normally stay there. I'll send you a pm with who you can contact. Hope this helps
Its been quite awhile since I traveled and last time I was in Columbus I think I was in a bad area, or not well enough established- so I was hoping to do my research. If you ladies and gents can PM or post the most convienent neighborhoods for traffic flows, shopping, restaurants and safe upscale hotels- I would appreciate it!

In Columbus there is a Courtyard and a Nice Hilton at Easton, Close but not exactly at Easton is an Extended Stay, a Hampton and a new "suites" just to the north of the previous two. Downtown there are many possibilities.
You asked about places to stay in Cincinnati or Columbus. What about Cleveland? We need new talent here.
