So in order to attach a picture to ad boards, you need to have a picture URL.what if the pictures are in my phone and not on a website, how will I be able to attach them?
A real FAQ.

The pictures you see in TER posts are not stored on TER's computers. They would take up too much disk space and TER bandwidth.

You insert a link into the "picture URL" box at the bottom of your post. When someone opens your post, TER sends the TER template and text to them but sends a request to the picture hosting computers to send the picture to the reader. TER IS ONLY ACTING AS THE MIDDLEMAN.

Those pictures must be in a publicly accessible place. TER can ask for the pic to be delivered to the reader but there is no way to add a password (at this level of use).  You do NOT want to make your phone or computer into a publicly accessible server (unless you're a computer / security expert). So you have to put your pictures in a place made for that purpose. That would be a place like imagecoast and a few other websites.

You create your account on imagecoast or other picture hosting site. You upload your pics to your account on imagecoast or hostsite. You copy the address of the picture and put that address in the "picture URL" box: Something like "http:\\picturehostingsite.com\LondonBay\MyPictures\pic24502.png" The picture format must be a standard jpg, gif, tiff or png file. Maybe some other formats are allowed. Just stick to the standard file types.

If the hostingsite server goes down for mainenance, readers will get a "File Not Found" or "Cannot access website" or other error.

If you want to remove or change your picture after a while, you can't do anything about your TER post itself. The link is always there: http:\\picturehostingsite.com\LondonBay\MyPictures\pic24502.png

Instead, you can log in to your hostingsite account and delete the file from that site or just change the name: http:\\picturehostingsite.com\LondonBay\MyPictures\oldpicwithnewname.png

The TER reader is asking for pic24502.png but can't find it. "File Not Found" error. Your picture is still stored for future use; you just changed the name.

Short version: create an account on Imagecoast; upload your pics; put THOSE links in your TER posts
