as with everything, it depends on the lady

Some ladies prefer the basics and others, like me, prefer to get a feel for your personality and interests before we meet.  Most will not object to extra information, though, as long as you don't forget to include the basics (date/time/references).

Curious as to how much information providers want/like from new client contacting them to set up a date.  I tend to write a couple of paragraphs about myself with some basic information (where I'm from, hobbies, etc.) so the lady I'm contacting has some idea what I'm about.  Do most of the ladies like or appreciate the extra information or would you rather just have the basics.....when, where, length of visit etc.?

Well I'm newbie friendly so I just usually ask for age, race, what they do for a living, and the amount of time they would like

......and share hobbies, and the like. This information provides valuable insight on topics for discussion, etc., during our date.    I am always disappointed when a gentleman from P411 contacts me, but has not filled out his profile page.

Please keep in mind that most of my dates are extended dates (drinks, dinner, etc), so the more information, the better. Gentlemen can either introduce themselves through an email, or when they forward the appointment form.

Keep up the good work, Parforme!

But can be cheesy.. Regardless I think it can only help, I've always liked getting them

I like when I get a short paragraph like :
EXAMPLE OF MY PERFECT GUY BOOKING
Hey layona , Im a 46 white male clean I was wondering if your available for an hour around 4pm let me know thanks .

Everything I need to know is in the text and I can respond promptly without having to go back and fourth asking these things makes it so much easier .

I personally do not like anything more that only simply because typically those kind of texts are from "time wasters"  Guys that never actually follow through or "something comes up"  last minute and then cant make it after you spent all this time conversing with them for nothing .

I think the less that is said over a text is better only because you do not want to have a paper trail of anything that may be incriminating information if you so happen to be LE

Everyone's at risks in illegal Biz.

Also, if I have multiple similar offers for the same night, I'll probably choose the guy who spent a little time writing me an intro vs just some random facts that give a limited picture. Like BeautywithBrains said, most of my dates include some social time, so having a little more info is really nice. I certainly don't think that you can go wrong with adding extra.

I personally love the extra information, but mainly because I'm all about GFE. The feeling of bonding even if just a little over similar interests before we have met. It makes for anticipating our time together even greater. Of course the appointment specifics are important too, but I love that plus a little message:-).
