Many times providers offer certain services to certain clients.  What we try to put in the profile is what is available to everyone.  Example, if she will only bbbj 50% then we put cbj in the profile.  We really rely on the members to help us on this issue.  You know the providers in your area the best.

.......I find many Provider profiles in error as to what services are offered.  It seems as though the very first reviewer's impressions are the ones that continue to be those that are "searchable" in your database.  As an example, a provider may not have allowed DATY 2 years ago, but now does offer this.  Her profile will still say that she does not, even though the 12 most recent reviews report that she does.  When doing a search for a provider that allows this, she will not show up.  Is there any way, or are there any plans to create a profile search that looks at aggregate profiles, or at least the more recent profiles of that provider?

By submitting a problem report, you can notify the reviews staff of updated information.

Thanks,
GND

...what if it isn't a problem?.  If Member #1 reports he received a BBBJ, and Member #2 reports that the same provider refused any BJ at all, the only way we can see this YMMV situation is to read every word of every review.  In some instances the profile reports one service while the detailed text talks about something different (like CBJ vs. BBBJ).  What would happen if a provider had 6 reviews reporting BBBJ and another 6 reporting CBJ?  Neither would be completely correct in a search.  If there were some matrix where each member's profiles were comparable to one another, it would be very helpful.  I used to own a software company, and although I am not a programmer myself, those who worked for me were able to create such screen reporting very easily, and it just seems to me that as a hobbyist that does take the time to do some TER-based homework, that such a tool would be extraordinarily helpful.  It would also totally set TER apart from any other product of this type.

I have recently changed my tactics and try to alert ladies making their announcements on the board the need to contact staff and update their profiles : http://theeroticreview.com/msgBoard/ViewMsgBody.asp?BoardID=1&Page=1&Messageid=57882 .

I believe Staff will be more accommodating to update the profile if a lady initiated the contact.  From time to time, I will try to alert members making inquiries about ladies on the discrepancies in their profiles and reviews.  It is a patched work at best but that is the only way we as outsiders can do right now.

Keep up the good works, fortitude.

Take care,

GC

That's actually a very good idea, and something I can do.  Thanks for the input.  Het, Mr. Staff, if you read this would appreciate your view on something along these lines.  Does a provider have a better shot at changing the on-line profile?
