I checked Chloe on the chicago reviews and man she has great reviews.
She habitually makes appointments and does not show up. She does not call to cancel.

The great thing about working for myself is that I can be selective with my friends. The friends that HAVE actually gotten the opportunity to see me know that I will take very good care of them. IT IS TRUE that there are a few people that I will not see, but that is my decision to do so! None of those people have had to opportunity to meet me. I cannot show a person a good time if I don't feel that I am going to have a good time myself! I especially cannot make an enjoyable experience if I get a bad vibe from the situation!
So the next time that you want to cry about the fact that I "stood you up 4 times" then just know that it's because I don't want to see you! I have told you that a million times and you still persisted on wanting to get together! ---yet your actions and behavior never changed! I have to right to be selective!

You and I saw each other once and you agreed to a second meeting without any hesitation.
The second meeting you called that afternoon to see if we could move the time up a couple of hours and you never showed up and never called. I wasted a night waiting around for you.
After a few days you returned an e-mail and made up some excuse. But said you would make it up to me.
We rescheduled a meeting for Sunday of Labor Day Weekend and you confirmed on Friday and never showed up! I wasted an entire day waiting around for you.
You said you would make it up to me and offered 4 hours for the price of two.
We rescehduled for September 19th and said you stayed in front of my house and chnaged your mind. As per usual you did not call to cancel.I wasted another day!
Later you were being playful on some of my TER postings and I thought you were being remorselful for your behavior and I reached out to you to set an appointment on Halloween Day and you did not show again! No call to cancel.
All of these events are very well documented on the Los Angeles board and now many others have commented on the fact that you schedule appointments and do not show up for them and you don't have the respect fot the value of our time to cancel.
I respect your right to refuse to see people for your own reasons. What I do not like is the fact that you don't have enough professionalism to call when you are not going to show up.
A $500 per hour girl should behave better than you do. Your reviews are outstanding but TER does not let us review a flake that does not show up. So I will continue to share my insight on you with the TER members so guys don't waste their time waiting around for a girl with great reviews that doesn't show.

There are those of us that actually know Chloe, myself included. Pesonally I care for her and understand how wonderful she is. Having intimate knowledge of what is going on in her life, it is no surprise to me that she's become even more particular and selective. The fact that she chooses not to see someone is one of the wonderful benefits of living in America. Freedom of choice! Reading the absolute nonsense from one here tells me precisely why she has avoided this person over and over again. What is written here is childish and insulting, certainly no one with a modicum of intelligence will pay much attention to it. However, what has been reported as personal attacks over the internet strike me as having stepped over the line of what is right and reasonable. Having said that, a friendly and gentle reminder is in order. Deliberately using the internet to defame someone is inappropriate. I'd recommend strongly that it stops before one finds oneself further along than he would wish to be. So, remind yourself of what the possible outcome may be and think before you continue your attacks over a medium that is regulated by the FCC.
