YES!! It seems like TER sort providers by the green light ....indicating that they are online. I want to be up at top like they are - of course and why not? 
...who is on top of the New Reviews simply because they turn on the green light. The same ones keep doing it over and over. It smacks of desperation. It's a sneaky way to get to the top. You clearly state that you want to be "on top," not that you want to be online. Try actually getting a new review if you want to go to the top of the list.

I believe there is a place that says "show online status," and you can turn it on and off there.
Since I don't have a website yet, it sounds like I will not be able to have the green light. Please see below:
*****Please visit your 'MyTER' page here at TER and click on the "More" link shown near the top of the page. On the drop down list that appears click on the "Show My Online Status" link.

On the page that loads after you click on that link, copy and paste the HTML code from under the style of banners you prefer to the place on your website where you would like the online status banners to appear.
Please make sure to enter the HTML code in the "HTML" mode of your website editor and do not just enter the code to show as text on your site.
To have your Online Status to appear online, you will need to launch the 'TER Messenger' that can be found on the top right hand corner of most TER pages, under the 'Log out' link.
