Like most of the others reading your threads I am in complete confusion about what you mean by GFE.  Sinced your idea of it does not include FS please explain how you view the term GFE

GFE implies F/S and you know that because it's been brought to your attention before yet you continue to avoid advertising the fact that you don't offer F/S.  If you mention that ahead of time it would give you more credibility.  Otherwise it looks like you're trying to trick men into seeing you and get your fee before you tell them that you don't offer F/S.
