I'm having trouble getting started. I have had new clients make reviews but none have been approved I'm not understanding what my dates have to further do.
You are not alone! It's a common Q. Below is a link to another recent thread on the subject.

If they are new to TER and their reviews got declined, all is not lost. It depends on which kind of declined.

- The review might have been totally rejected for some major problem.
- The review might have been rejected for a minor reason that they can fix by editing and re-submitting. (E.g., a rating that exceeding the service level; forgetting to include a URL [required]; not having enough detail in the details; etc.)
- The review might have been APPROVED based on its content but delayed from posting or put in PENDING mode until the new reviewer has more credibility (cred).

If an experienced reviewer reviews you and the new reviewer's review jives with that, he gains cred from the experienced reviewer and his review of you will be released.

If the new reviewer submits additional reviews of other well established providers with many reviews, he gains cred from reviewing them and his review of you should be released soon after.[/quote

If their reviews have been disapproved, they can click on the review to find out why. If it is just "in limbo" they can use the Contact Us link to ask why.

TER has a rule (I think) that a new provider cannot be reviewed by newbie hobbyists. One of the two must be an established member of the community. Perhaps that applies to your situation?

Frustrating, I know but you will break the initial logjam. Breast of luck!

:-

newbies can review providers, but admin will likely hold the reviews until either she gets another review or he submits another review.  If she has none and he has written none, it will most likely be held back from posting for a while.

OLT is right in telling you about checking on the status is right, he can look using his account manager to find out what is holding up his review, and then contact admin for further information.
