ok, so here's a rather off the wall post. So I've noticed some providers want pics of us Johns. What's the point? Will some ladies not see a fat bald guy or something? I can almost understand that.(I have to admit I'm a little shallow myself, and I have high standards when it come to woman) But if ur dishing out lots of cash, should it matter? I'm no pretty boy, but I am fit and I don't think I'm ugly. I guess it kind of makes me a little self conscience wondering if she will hold back a little considering I'm no Brad Pitt. Just wanted to get some of y'alls thoughts on this.
...and if I was, I'd pass. I see no need to take that risk when there are so many other choices that don't require it.

Girls give different answers to this question.
For some it is about race. For others it is about "connection" and yet still, for some others, it is about safety i.e. to match your pic to the person they are viewing through their peep hole.
For any Newbie, I would advise against it. I have always said girls can ask for any bit of info they feel like for whatever reason and guys can decline.
Very few providers ask for this and even the ones that do ask, most of them don't demand it.
....but I assumed that it was to prove that I'm a woman, not to rate me on my hot looks 
I suspect that some providers ask for a pic for security reasons, and some might have an unspoken list of clients that they won't see and can use a picture to screen.

I know what my answer would be to you if you asked me for a pic, I would hope lopaw would give you a similar answer.

Lopaw is a hobbyist and should be treated as such. She isnt selling here wares here and is a buyer i.e. "the client " and therefore shouldnt be hassled by photo requests as its creepy and and unprofessional.

I do agree that lopaw has proven herself to be "one of the guys" here and doesn't deserve to be sexually harassed by the likes of KK. She isn't looking for dick or for money, she is looking for exactly what the rest of us are here for and she deserves the same respect as anyone else here, actually a bit more. Creepy is an understatement, lopaw is obviously much nicer than you or me, because I know what I would tell him about his request if we weren't on a board where such things just aren't said.

In my experience the more hoops a woman in this business makes you jump through, the more that attitude is likely to show through during the actual session.
Although on a review I have someone mentioned that I made him send a pic of his penis to ok it.. Did not happen, and I actually would have stopped responding.

I sent a text back asking her why and if she would send me a face picture. She texted back that she wanted to make sure I wasn't LE and no she was not going to send a face pic of her. I texted back asking her what does a LE look like. Never heard back from her go figure
From what I understand, the ladies who ask for a photo as verification are usually trying to make sure that whomever shows up at her door is the same person she's been communicating with prior to the appointment.
Personally, I don't see the logic in that particular form of screening (serial killers and LEOs have faces too), but I think it's important to respect whatever makes her feel comfortable. If you're cool with it, no problem. If not, just move on to a lady whose verification requirements better align with your own comfort level. It's really up to you. If I were in your position, I'd be more concerned if she required no screening.
i ask for either a photo or a complete description...the person i meet should be the one i have been talking to...strictly for identification purposes
