If you do a search of this board for "Belle" with the days set to something huge like 600, I think you'll find that this has been going on for years. I suppose it's better than Menaje, who will take your call and confirm an appointment but will virtually always no-show.
I agree with what Twisted said... There are a small group of local providers whose shenanigans are so consistent that it unfairly gives locals a bad reputation.
As was pointed out a few days ago about Kim, the real pity is we keep trying, thinking we're the one guy who's just so hot that we'll be the ones that win the bad provider over. It makes our hobbying experiences frustrating and pathetic and takes business away from some of the great locals we have here, especially some of the terrific new ones that have emerged or returned over the last year or so.
Have anybody check out Belle on eros lately? She seem not to return call and pretty hard to contact.
I've never had a return call from Belle. Her ad is up constantly and she never answers or returns calls. And people wonder why the travelers do so well.

I would think LE would answer the phone or return calls.
Well said Vorlon... LE would have no more motivation for unanswered ads than a provider would. And since there have been some rare cases of hobbyists seeing Belle, I assume that it's not an LE issue.
I suspect that there are some providers who don't really need all the cash and don't really want to be providers. Suppose you just want a few hundred bucks a month to cover your car payment or downtown parking or the cost of books in college... You really only need to see 1-2 guys a month, and the hassle of sifting through daily voicemails is more trouble than you feel it's worth. So what do you do? Leave the phone off, ignore the VMs, and turn it on one free evening every few weeks and just take whatever guy happens to call at that time. I suspect this is what's going on with Belle. It sucks for us, this same objective could be more easily accomplished with a few regulars than with perpetual ads.
