(It's ok for you to ask them to write one.) Once it's approved and posted TER will assign you a TER ID#. You don't need a TER ID# to be reviewed the first time.

Hello I need help getting my ter id but I need to get a review from a establish user. But I have not dated someone that would be a establish user. Would it be possible to get a simple review to get my ter id.

Sounds like ure asking a forum reader to write one for u. That's not allowed.

You are right in the sense that a hobbyist (new or seasoned) can write a review of you and you will then get a TER I

a member posts a review of you.  The first review will also establish your profile.  I don't know what you consider an established user, but any member can review you.  Any review, once admin accepts it and posts it will get you an ID number.  If the reviewer is a first time reviewer, the review may be delayed until you get another one or till he posts another review.

Be patient.  BTW, since you have no reviews, a reviewer does not need an ID number to post a review, he just needs your site handle and the other required information.
