..does not arouse and does not increase desire. They aid in getting and staying hard. Increase blood flow has a lot to do with it.

Viagra helps blood flow. You have to be aroused for Viagra to work. You could have a low T issue, a psychological issue or something else, but we are not doctors and neither are you obviously. A fuck board is not the place for medical advice. See a doctor!

If you are getting offers of Viagra for anything less than about $20 per 50 mg. pill, you are likely to get a low-quality pirated version at best, and more likely a sugar pill or possibly something toxic.

I doubt you will get suger pill or something toxic. You will get very similar med with similar effect. Most likely it will work as good as the authentic one, if not 100% as effective, it will be very close. Producing Viagra is not high technology, actually pretty easy to make. I have heard that some chemists make their own.
I agree with others, go see your doctor, and ask if they can give your some free samples to try. Very likely they will.

If I have kissing and foreplay and more of an intimate setting then I get excited on my own.
Where I run into problems is if those things are missing then its hard for me to get turned on enough. That's where having a backup makes a difference. I've tried different ED meds and they all do the job when I'm only partially excited.
I ended up getting a prescription.
