Well, I did some searches on TER in Orange county. I found what I want and I fill out the screening form and even sent the emails to providers. Unfortunately, I got no responses. Honestly, it's kind of frustrated. It is because of the new year's holiday? Or it is because I only have one references so they think I'm kind of new to this. Is this the reason why i got no responses? Hope someone can help me out thank you.

My guess would be that it is a New Year and most people are spending new years day with family and not checking mail. I think it's a combination of when you sent them and the fact that you don't have a ton of references that causes the no response.
Maybe you are right. I only have one reference. It was back on Jan 2015. I don't know if that still counts. Now I'm just hopeing she will get back to me later. Thank you for your reponse. 
There's a lot of reasons for no reply. Where you specific with a day and time? Did you mention anything of a sexual nature are just 2 reasons. I'll let others add to the list why providers might not have replied. Don't take it personally, this happens to all of us to some degree.

I basically just wrote " hi I would like to make an appointment. I specified my date and time for the appointment that I want. I also give my basic info to her and and tell her if she needs any info for the screening, please ask me to do so. I'm happy to provide them. I didn't mention anything about sex or money or services. And finally a Happy new year" That's bascially what I wrote. Is there anything I did wrong here?

Both of my reg girls are actually out of the country, one other girl i see fairly often is in another part of the country visiting her family until tomorrow I believe.
Then when they get back, there in box is overflowing.
Hit them back in about a week and you should be g2g.
