Contact them and asked them to put you on their newsletter for their upcoming tour.

check out her website and look at her calendar (of course this would only help if she keeps it updated).......or.......contact the lady via e-mail, thru her website, P411 (if she and you belong to that site) or other verification site and ask politely.

I would provide references in my e-mail so I could be "pre-screened". If she has a form on her website to fill out for screening, do that as well. Many times a lady has a spot on their website form for a particular city you would like to meet her in.  

Just remember, the more comfortable you make her feel about seeing you when she does come back here, the better your chances. Who knows? It may even hasten her return.

my thoughts are this...
if you are sincere, then by all means, ask her to keep you in mind.

if she keeps you in mind and lets you know she would like to plan a visit and asks you for a day/date/time that works for you... then you should at least respond with something besides crickets.

if it works out, she'll likely visit more often or as often as you ask.

on a personal note....

this happens so very often.
a flurry of requests to come to a particular place. put a lot of effort into making it happen, only to have no response back or a "maybe" or a "hey baby, are you in town and available?" and then no call no show or last minute cancels...

there's a lot of places I would visit and a few places i'm gonna stop visiting...

if i'm just spinning my wheels to do it, what's the point

1/2 of the places I've toured have started out that way where...

...it wasn't exactly on my radar but they were upfront they couldn't fly me in BUT if I ever visited they'd be down for a date much longer than 1 whole hour. So....i'd throw up a few ads and given the response I'd go.  
You can let them know you're interested but imo don't be that guy whose like you'd only be seeing them for 1hr lol (ijs).
