We had a prominent hobbiest retire in the Twin cities because of a posting.
Is this a trend or do guys come and go?

I enjoy checking out the boards and contributing when I can.
It is pretty sad that one would act like he did.
In reviewing the posts, he would participate for a while, then make some grand statement that would draw lots of attention, usually a retirement announcement.
Obviously, something is missing in his life that he has to get fulfillment on this board. Someone to be pitied.
As a newbie here,I agree, it sounds like a pretty sad and confused person, but also you wonder what this person is like in real life??? Does he mess with people like this? almost sounds like a multiple personality problem and a little scary. Just an observation, hope this is the end of it.

Just curious how many aliases he was using? Those would be interesting to know as well. Then I could be sure to take those posts with a grain of salt.
