So God was at the gate to heaven and three men appear.    

First one is a heart surgeon and God asks him what he has done to be let in to heaven.   The surgeon says he saved the lives of hundreds with a new heart.    God tells him to step aside.

The next person is a paramedic.   God asks what he has done to be let in to heaven.   The paramedic says he has saved the lives of hundreds getting to their side while they were injured.   God tells him to step aside.

The last man is a Sikh and was a taxi driver in New York City.    God asks him what has he done to be let in to heaven.    The Sikh says he died in an accident trying to get a man to work on time.    God opens the gate and lets him in to heaven.

The other two men are outraged and asks God what on earth a taxi driver did to be let in to heaven.    God says that New York City taxi driver had hundreds of people praying me to be blessed to reach their destinations safely!
