I very much doubt that it means she's delisted herself, as others have speculated here...most of the ladies on both my referral and favorites pages are still active here, and their names are in red on both.

Sorry if this belongs on the newb board...but my white list referral went red? Is that bad? I'm having fun, but want providers to be comfortable with me using my TER information.

When I look, I do not see any Whitelist referrals for you. So if you had any, they're now gone.
Also, under your name and the little envelope icon it reads Reviews: 5
Yet, when I click on that there are only 4 reviews showing. I'm guess the missing review is also the Whitelist referral that shows as red on your end, but is now invisible to me.
So it seems likely that this particular provider was delisted.

I agree 100% with Ms. DNG. My conclusion is the review was from Oct. based on the fact he has 1 review per month beginning in August.
The best way to be sure is to simply do a search for her reviews, most likely it will show she has been delisted and you will have your answer. If her reviews are still there, come back and we'll try to figure out another explanation, but I think that will answer your question.

Her review is still up when you look under "my reviews." It will always be there because you wrote it. The rest of us can't see it if she is delisted and her profile is gone. Notice under your handle it says "reviews: 24" but when you click on it, there are only 23 reviews? That accounts for the delisted lady. If she had whitelisted you, the whitelist would be gone too. Now when YOU click on "my reviews," you will see all 24 reviews you wrote (or even more if you wrote multiple reviews for any providers.)

I think everyone else replying here (myself included) assumes his "went red" comment means it is gone. If you click on the "5" under his handle, only 4 reviews show up and no whitelists, further justifying our assumption.
profile has been deleted for whatever reason. Her handle is no longer a link to her profile which has obviously been removed. I do have several referrals from providers I know are retired whose handles are still blue. My guess is, they probably didn't ask to be delisted when they retired. All their profiles are still active. Light red indicates profile is still active, but as previously mentioned, you might have clicked on it when it was blue and then it turned light red.
