Posting ads on the discussion boards or any national board is strictly prohibited.
So I currently do not have an incall all the time. When I do have one, I like to get word out discretely for obvious reasons. Is there anywhere that would work to post this at when I do?
You're allowed to post an ad once a week. Just state in the ad what days incall is available.
Keep this in mind, depending on the length of time you offer this option, you need to consider that it a day or two in advance would be best.

...your ad board so you can't just pop up an ad saying you have an in call. You'll need to put the in call availability in your ad when it's posted. You are allowed to post replies to your ad if updates are needed so you could do that as needed. That could be missed by some because your ad will be down the page some.
suggestion. As GaG said, you cannot post ADs to your local discussion board but you can reply to ISO (in search of) posts by the guys. Keep an eye out for the short notice, "Looking for incall for tonite" or "tomorrow" kinds of posts and reply so others will know about your availability.
Heck. On my regular boards, I see stuff like:
Him: "Looking for incall tomorrow."
Her: Oh, too bad! I'm not there tomorrow, but I'll be touring your city a week from now, midtown incall."
