Definitely contact TER and ask, like mrf and xyz said.
If Your profile has the "send PM" button then your reviews are linked to your username. It is odd to have that PM feature, but not have the hyperlink when you post. Use "contact us" button, or send another email, since you used email to do the link in the first place. Good luck.

okay.
So I finally received my first review yay! I saw that in order to link it my handle and reviews I had to send an email with my TER ID and my Username from the email the account is assigned to. cool no problem there. When I look at my review and click Send PM it does come up as my username that the email is intended to be sent to...so technically I am linked???
However I've been testing on boards to see if the nifty hyperlink "see my TER reviews" will show up and it does not. So where does that leave me? do I need more reviews in order to get the "see my TER reviews" hyperlink? Also I have contacted support awhile ago to inquire about this but have not heard back.

Write to TER and ask them to investigate
...it may be they just haven't linked it yet. If it's been 72 hours follow mrfisher's advice and contact admin to inquire what's up.
