Post for a couple of months and then ask for un-moderated status (if you're still "moderated", that is) then continue posting with no issues for a little while.    

If you've been doing it right, no warnings or suspensions, they'll likely grant access when you ask to join the Provider Only board.

...You can find this by clicking the site map link at the bottom of any page. Look under the Discussion Boards heading. The Providers Only board link is next to last.  

There are other ways to find this link. This way works whatever device you may be using.
