Those who approve reviews are not always consistant. File a problem . . .

report as has already been said.

This is to help me, specifically, and to give collective advice to Newbie reviewers.

I was reading a review and the specific low-class local, non-chain Motel was described by NAME and even said, "about a mile from [landmark]" so there's no mistake about the place.

The Motel name was in the Juicy Details (VIP) only. Is that allowed? Even if allowed, I would recommend against including such info. Do you agree?

Should I file a Problem Report? I don't think the whole review should be removed. Maybe they can just X out the name.

(Too far out in the boonies, for me, but otherwise very positive reviews.

I know if that info were in my reviews, I wouldn't like it.

That sort of super-specific info is not to be included, but does sometimes slip past.

...even in the juicy details it's wrong to include location. wtf!

Remember that the people reviewing the reviews are not in the same city as the reviews so are probably not familiar with hotel names and landmarks. In fact they are probably not in the same country and English may not be their first language.
Definitely submit the problem report.

Now having said that, it is possible your report will get denied if it was an outcall. I have had that happen. I found a similar review where hotel name was listed and reported it. They told me it was okay because it was an outcall situation.

Yes, immediately file a problem report.  I once saw an ad for a Gal I'd seen a few times, it did not name the Motel but gave the exit number & there's only one near that exit...  I drive past that location daily.  I emailed her & warned her.  It was edited in minutes!
NO MOTEL or HOTEL can stand being outed.  They may like the extra occupancy & income but they can't afford the heat.

It's weird that that level of specificity was allowed through.  The one review I had rejected was because I said the incall location was a "nice hotel in Fairfax."  The moderator told me that my identification of the location was too specific.  LOL.  Evidently, a city of 1.2 MILLION people with TONS of "nice hotels" could lead someone right to her door!

I changed the review to read "nice hotel in the DC area" and that went right on through.  Go figure.
