If your current clientele are mostly TER guys, then the TER Ad boards, Recent Reviews, Photo Board and Discussion Boards are the consensus #1 places for us to start looking. And if we TER-guys do stumble upon something off-site we're coming back to TER to check reviews anyway. If your current client base is mostly non-TER or if you want to reach more non-TER guys, then one Q is who are you targeting with your marketing? BP might get you a lot of calls but I kind of doubt that those are the calls you want or that will make a confirmed arrangement with you. P411 and Date-Check facilitate screening for both parties. There is also RS2K which is popular in some areas.Once again, TER guys will check TER before contacting via P411 or DC. Debbie suggested some ad sites. There are also some upscale "ad malls" where you might fit in well. Those are not agencies, and they aren't exactly slixa or bp, but a site with a similar group of girls who post their info and links to their indy websites. And I'm pretty sure that Slixa is a good one for your area.
One way to find new ad venues is to browse the profiles of top ladies in your area to see where they advertise. 
Bear in mind that different ladies may get different results from the same sites. What works for one, does not necessarily work for all.
