You have to be on a Main Page or Home Page of a discussion board to see the Life Preserver.  

Scroll down to the bottom of what you are now reading and click "Back to Forum."

Go to the top of that page and look for the peppermint :-) Life Preserver.  

Underneath the Life Preserver is the link to the Self-Help Center.

I am looking to add a more ethnic flair to my life but I am completely new to this. I have read about sticking with well reviewed providers to limit the possibility of LE interaction. I have also read about P411 and VIP here to make verification easier. I know not to discuss the cost of services. Is there any other threads that may have a good guide to proper etiquette?
