If you've written reviews before the process is the same for any provider except for the TER ID. An unreviewed provider won't have one.

Be sure to get her profile accurate. Don't leave a lot of "Don't Know" answers in the services provided and service information sections. You will set her profile. It's important to get it right. I ask the provider when there are things I'm not sure about when I know I'm her first reviewer.

Met with a lady who is neither reviewed on TER nor participates in TER (although I urged her to do so, hopefully she will soon).  Can someone please tell me where in the TER website I can find instructions, guidelines etc on how to review someone new like this?

And you can't yell at me for not knowing where to look because this is the Newbie Board! Hehehehehehe

It has lots of info that's important to help newbies navigate this site.  The section 'Review FAQ' is in there.  The advise by the previous poster will help you also.

There's some helpful advice there, too.

When you write a review for a new personal not on TER yet. U write the review as normal. You basically create a profile for her the moment you write the review, successfully posted.
