I checked the Urban Dictionary and it appears that TCB is taking care of business, and IOP is inside out penis, but that doesn't make sense with the context that they are being used. Here is an example I came across...

"My TCB skills are well on there way to being fantastic!! and my IOP skills were always great but now they are to die for !"

Any insight is appreciated.

Maybe she meant to write CBT??  That's Cock & Ball Torture.  (I worked with a pro-domme friend years ago and got to do this.... it really helped me work out some of my post-divorce anger issues lol!)

If not, and it IS TCB: Tongue Cock Balls?  Throat Cock & Balls? Tickle Cock & Balls?  (Yes, I have cock & balls on my mind!)

IOP?  Sorry, I've got nothing.

No wait......hmmmm..... Yeah, no.  Still nothing. :-P

After doing some more research it appears that TCB is "taking care of business" referring to the administrative aspects i.e. responsiveness to appointment requests and communication leading up to the appointment.

It appears IOP is either "insertion of penis" or "in & out of pussy" but is referring to the act of intercourse i.e. "fucking".

These gals that used the IOP term did not appear to be post op and looked like they were born female so that's why I questioned the urban dictionary definition.

I searched that phrase and found it being used in someone's ad on another site that has both ads and reviews, hence, it cannot be mentioned here by TER rules.  "Rule 11. Keep out the competition."

The first part could still be 'take care of busness' as in, "My ability to take care of business in the room is improving ..." but I have zero clue what IOP could be. And I think she meant TCB to be something else.

Why don't you email her, mention your post / thread: https://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion_boards/viewmsg.asp?MessageID=150268&boardID=33&page=1#150268

and ask her to tell you or all of us what it means in English
