As long as your reviews meet TER's requirements

so they'll be published, follow whatever format you wish. I'm hoping you won't follow the "copy and paste" crowd, though.

Approaching a review as a vehicle to inform others about what to expect when seeing that provider is a great foundation. But then personal style kicks in.  There's a very wide range out there, from "just the facts" to prose that could have come from a Harlequin romance novel, to everything in between.  I even saw one review that was written like a script for a TV show. Some of these are fun reads, IMO, and informative also.  And some get pretty tedious.

Anyway, don't think that your reviews have to be Literotica, or mashups of overused phrases. Tell us about the session, in your own words, in enough detail to help us decide if she's someone we'd like to see... or avoid. Everything else is literary license

I've read enough reviews to understand how 95% of them sound/go in the format. Maybe it's just herd mentality and they began looking a certain way so everyone does the same thing.

Anyway, as i consider writing a review, basically i feel like most of these while informative somewhat (sometimes not) are really more literotica (which is cool if you want to i guess fantasize about a session with some of them).

My preference if the goal is really to write a helpful and informing review would be to discuss the specifics of the session only as it would seem to relate to what someone else would experience and just my overall impressions of the encounter , not details that would simple fall under anecdotal evidence.

So just because it's not too typical of reviews, is what im suggesting wrong. If i write a review am i best to just "go with the flow" and copy and paste phrases, etc.

Personally, I love reading reviews of my sessions.  To me men are fascinating, and reading what they write about sex is a rare treat and the reason I keep coming back to TER.   The important parts to me are not the quality of the prose, but the client's thoughts during the session, things he liked and didn't like.  His favorite parts.  These are the important parts of a review.  One time I did a particular position and the client wrote a review.  That position became frequently requested, although I found out it doesn't always go so well, unfortunately!  Different bed heights and such.

So, I wouldn't worry about writing erotica, but write something that is helpful and informative to other hobbyists as well as the provider.  In the end, the reviews are there for the hobbyists, but they also benefit the provider by giving her legitimacy, plus free advertising.

....but you risk it being rejected. But it's worth a shot. I try to submit reviews that are as informative as they are entertaining, but I know that they are great masturbation material for the girl/girl fans out there- I've gotten enough PM's to confirm that. But it is what TER wants in the reviews- down and dirty with as much lurid details as possible. What's a monger to do? I go with the flow since there is less risk of rejection. But everyone's different.

So are you saying you prefer reviews that are something like this:

"She showed up on time and looked exactly like her pics.

Friendly attitude, a little talking and then we got started:

DFK, BBBJ, FS in CG then K9

Talked a bit more, then she showered and left.

Definitely would repeat."

Because anything other than the bare facts could begin to sound story-like.... and also could be YMMV.

:-P

The basic rule being:  Write what you know.

My  take on it is to write the review the same way you would relate the experience to a friend of yours.

But there are other ways to convey the information.

It's pathetic how many write this down..."we fell into each others arms like long lost lovers"  hahahaha

Seriously...Most of the reviewers here are old enough to be a hookers gramps...the only thing falling are the guys balls and ear lobes.

One favorite some seriously delusional writers like to add is the "treat her right" at the end of his fantasy.  So let me get this straight, if you/I didn't read his nonsense "we" wouldn't have ever thought of "treating her right"?  more hahahahahahaha

Simply write what YOU think is of any value.  Was she on time...look like her pics...clean and ready...give you the time you paid for and so on.  The rest of the nonsense is self-serving whack off material these old farts write.

Good luck  ;)
