Clinical practice -not speculation-BBBJ is safe

There is plenty of clinical evidence that oral sex is safe sex. Nothing is 100% certain but the only completely safe sex would be no sex at all.

Nothing is perfectly safe but based on  doctors involved in clinical practice your chances in getting a serious disease from oral sex are remote. There is NO evidence that you can get HIV.

Hi everyone, I am new to this and my question might seem naive and strange.. but someone please!! help!!
I wanna have an experience with a female escort and am paranoid about std's via bbbj (oral sex) and kissing (DFK)
I have read around 30 reviews on the provider I'm interested in and noticed that every one of the clients say they received BBBJ without a rubber and had DFK.  I'm still gonna do it but want to have the best experience possible..
What are the risks, chances etc.. why does no one where a rubber except for the main event?
And, is it normal to request a STD check up from the provider?
Ty.

That's a great question the fact of the matter is that this might be like Russian roulette. I personally inspect the people I will be offering my companionship too before we even start. Of course not all STDS are noticeable but some of the big ones are. HIV and many others are very uncommon for one to catch via BBBJ or oral sex for that matter.

As far, as a provider providing you her STD results I don't see why that would be a problem. I've never been asked but would never have a problem doing it.

It's your call
Good Luck

There is no such thing as a BBBJ while wearing a condom.

I know it might be nitpicking a little, but since this is the newbie board we might as well teach the OP the proper vernacular.

and I disagree with you about asking for STD results, in most circles it is considered quite rude and is likely to get a guy put on many DNS lists. A lot of providers will consider it a form of attempted entrapment, as in "if you weren't planning on having sex for money, why did you provide your STD results?" It's highly indiscreet and most providers will cease contact immediately upon being asked those types of leading questions, not because it's offensive, but because it's indiscreet and incriminating.

And since johns blanche at giving their real info, I say don't ask, unless he provides his too...and on that note, they can be manufactured. Just a bad scene all round.

Had a dude show up years ago with an envelop in hand and he just handed it to me. I opened it and saw some pretty real looking lab results...could very well been real. He wanted BBFS. I handed him the envelop and asked him to leave. End of story.

I have heard a terrible story on a TV Emergency room show (I think it was called "sex sent me to the ER."  A girl gave her lover a CBJ and she somehow inhailed the condom and it became lodged in her trachea!  She almost suffocated to death!  Can you imagine the horror?  I am not joking.  THAT scares me more than anything.

When I first started I used condoms for BJ and that never happened to me. I think T.V. just makes situations more dramatic then what they are. No way you can swallow a condom, I'm a klux and can apply them with my mouth :) suck away you won't die. LOL

I'm soooo stealing that!

Ask her for a STD checkup ... that's incredibly RUDE!. The same goes for asking her to use Listerine, or brush her teeth before the bbbj. Just ask her for a "covered bj" (with a condom) if you are that worried. It's not an issue to wear a condom for oral, but DON'T come off as a "germ freak" and ask her if she's "clean" etc. Remember she's a person and be respectful/grateful. Skip it if you can't be a total gentleman - she's the one doing you a favor. A BBBJ is without a condom because it feels better to most men. There is some risk, but remember that she's a pro and you are certainly safer than picking up some "strange" in a bar. Enjoy yourself. Tip if she's good and RELAX. The hobby is about having fun. Welcome to the dark side.

Bare Back means no condom.  So in this case with BBBJ meaning Bare Back BlowJob, it is always meant to indicate fellatio sans condom.

Since you did not know this, what did you think the "BB" part meant?

Honestly, I'm curious.  :-)

They say in part:
"Even though oral sex carries a lower risk of HIV transmission than other sexual activities, the risk is not zero. It is difficult to measure the exact risk because people who practice oral sex may also practice other forms of sex during the same encounter. When transmission occurs, it may be the result of oral sex or other, riskier sexual activities, such as anal or vaginal sex.

If the person receiving oral sex has HIV, their blood, semen, pre-seminal fluid, or vaginal fluid may contain the virus. If the person performing oral sex has HIV, blood from their mouth may enter the body of the person receiving oral sex through the lining of the urethra (the opening at the tip of the penis), vagina, cervix, or anus, or through cuts and sores.

Several factors may increase the risk of HIV transmission through oral sex, including oral ulcers, bleeding gums, genital sores, and the presence of other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)."

Plus, if oral is always safe, gotta worry why some [strange?) people use dental dams for DATY. Or maybe they just like the taste of latex :-)
