Go to My TER, then the right tab "MORE"
Scroll down to show online staus & set to your preferance
As a Provider... if you have reviews... Use the Contact Us link to request Provoider's FREE Limited VIP. It links your profile with your reviews & gets you FREE use of the TER PM system With Limited VIP, you can see your full reviews but not other providers

Hi I Marlo I've been away for a while but now I'm back and I can't seem to get the system to show I'm online I contacted customer service and they said to just push the messenger button but that hasn't worked I didn't spend the $25 for VIP status thinking that would help but it did not does anyone know how I can get myself to show up online ?

Right, you don't need VIP to do this.
