As xyz said, just tell her about the site and she does the rest.  And I also emphasize, neither of you should use the other's computer to log on.  That will get you removed from the site and/or banned.

A provider would like to join TER. How care I refer her?

to her how and what to do. Go to the site. Click on agree at the bottom of the disclaimer page. Look to the right and click on the "register for free" link.

When a provider joins TER it's no different from a monger joining. There is a question about are you a hobbyist or a provider but if she clicks provider it doesn't make a difference how things work at that time. It must just give TER a heads up.

She will be a basic member unless she pays for VIP.

She can put ads on her TER regional ad board and she can post photos on the Photo only board. This will get her name out there. She will need to read the Self-Help Center for the guidelines on how to post ads and participate on the Photo Only Board.

Once a monger sees her and writes a review for her and TER approves and posts it there are things which she has access to as a provider that are not available to her clients. All of this is in the Self-Help Center. Easiest way to find the Self-Help Center is to go to the Site Map link at the bottom of any page. Click it. Look for the Info & Policies heading. The Self-Help Center link is there. There are other ways to access it but this way works no matter where you are on the site.

She should not be at your location when she does this. TER checks IP addresses. You don't want her logging on at your place or using your computer. You shouldn't use your computer(device) at her location either. You don't want it to appear as if there is some collusion going on. If TER thinks something is going on it would cause problems for both of you.
