I used my real first name on my p411 ID in case a provider ever learned my real name later, and maybe got concerned that I was dishonest with her and started wondering what else I was dishonest about. Giving my first name to a provider is no biggie to me.  As I said, it's a very common name.

Thank you for all the thoughtful replies to my previous question. So it seems most hobbyists just provide their P411# and/or references without giving out their real names when contacting providers. My follow up question is how do you identify yourself? Do you use your real first name and an alias for your last name or just your first name and P411#? I have a very common first name. Is there any benefit to choosing an uncommon name as an alias to make myself easier to remember? I imagine providers see a lot of Mikes, Johns, Bobs and Toms. How do you remember them?

My first name is pretty common also, so I try to make my dates and communications memorable enough so providers will remember me.

;)

Actually, I know several providers who use a short fiorm of my TER handle (when they know my handle - I give it to them if they ask for it) to keep me straight from all the other ruggedly handsome, incredibly sexy clients who have the same first name as I do.

:D

These are the top 5 names of clients I meet, in order of popularity:

Robert (Bob, Rob, etc)

Michael (Mike)

John

Steven  (Steve)

James (Jim)

I'm terrible with names, but I do know the name of each person when he shows up and while he is with me.  If I were to run into him later that day at the gas station?  I might remember his name, and I might not.   Hell, I might not even recognize him. I have a difficult time remembering anyone out-of-context, as it were.  ;-)

But the next time he visits me, I will remember him again.   :-)

background notes the next time you come a callin'.  Plus, in my experience many ladies will call me by my P411 identifier regardless of my P411 alias and regardless of whatever alias name I might put in an email. If it's not already crystal clear, my name is Daniel. So P411 automatically makes the beginning of my P411 i.d. into DAN.  No matter how many times I used to ask ladies to call me by another nickname, most reverted to Dan. Fortunately, I am not the only Dan on our continent.

According to P411 rules, providers are supposed to check your id.  (I don't know if many really do this.)

I'm wondering how many guys use fake first name on P411 and do they have fake id to back it up??

Also, in my experience exactly one lady has ever asked to see my i.d.

Out of the last hundred or so women I have booked through P411 only one asked for ID.

and I would bet money that if I had made some lame excuse about having left my wallet in my car, she would have  just skipped it. I did have my wallet on me, and I did show it, but she was hot, and I could care less that she knows my real name. but keep in mind I am black mail proof, not all guys are in the same "I don't give a fuck" situation as me.

a sucker for providing my real first name on P411.

I have a fairly common first name so I wasn't too concerned about using it on p411.  But later got to thinking that maybe I was being naive.

And I've not yet been asked for id by a provider.
