The days get added to your VIP "bank."

If you are on quarterly or annual subscription it gets tacked on to the end of your paid days. If you are on monthly recurrent billing, the free days just build up in your "bank." You have to cancel your monthly subscription, then they will kick in.

If I have paid VIP status and submit a review, do I get 15 days of free VIP status added to my subscription, or does the free time for reviews only apply to non-paying members?

I'm so easily confused. ;) Actually, I've searched for the answer for this question, and have not been able to find it.

I have two approved reviews in my account, but don't have VIP status to read the good stuff.  Does anyone have the same problem?  The rules state you get VIP status with two approved reviews.

You need to go back and read the requirements for VIP status.  The two reviews gets you limited time as a VIP; which has long expired based on the dates of your reviews.  With each additional review, you will receive two weeks.

As they say...nothing good lasts forever.

PS - if you have any follow-on questions, the Newbie board would be a better place to post.

1) This is a newbie board question
2) You totally misunderstood how the VIP free day status works. You would have received 30 VIP days when your second review was approved. Your free days probably expired in May. I'm assuming this based on the review date of April 2015. However, since TER allows you 90 days to submit a review, it is possible you submitted the  April review in May, June, or July. Even if it was July, your days are expired. If you submit another review you will get 15 more days (from the date the review is approved.)

...the Account Manager tab to check your remaining VIP days.  Do that a day or two after you submit your next review.

If I have paid VIP status and submit a review, do I get 15 days of free VIP status added to my subscription, or does the free time for reviews only apply to non-paying members?
