if you didn't actually see the provider you cant leave a review on them

So I admit to being fairly new at this (would've been my 3rd provider since June), but even I know that being a no-show to a 1 hr outcall appointment (while repeatedly texting to be on her way) must be considered bad customer service. It's unusual too since she comes with decent reviews. Seriously, if she had called / texted saying she wouldn't be able to make it, I'd have understood and gotten some sleep before my flight this morning.

My question to you all is this: am I able to still write a review or label her as a rip-off despite not having met her? Understand this isn't out of spite. Just figured that the majority here would be interested in how godawful her time management / lack of skills is (a couple of her reviews even mention her tardiness).

It's a little bit risky to go there, and it depends on the circumstances, but it is an option

no shows are like food poisoning..you learn never to go back..

when it happened to me, I posted the story on my local board, the newbie board and the reviewers only board.  I said what happened without mentioning her name.  I stated that whomever wanted her identity should PM me, and many did.  That will help avoid a possible  public shitstorm if she takes offense.  You might wait a week or or so before posting it.

K, I'll definitely do that then. Thanks ks for the advice, everyone!    :)

You might want to mention in your post to have the readers PM you. Since your somewhat new you don't have the gravitas of a veteran with board history and numerous reviews.
