I did a search on the GD and found announcements & congrats posts for the Ms. TER winners but not all of those threads mentioned who the runners-up(s) were.
So is there an archived list of them somewhere?

There is no official list for the 2015 winners yet (but I have one below) and no list of runner-ups.
Note that 2 of the 2014 winners were actually runner-ups. They were not the initial winners. The winners were delisted at some point after being announced Miss TER, and the runner-ups were named Miss TER for those 2 months.
The 2015 winners are:
Miss January: Tobi Telford
Miss February: Larissa Pearla
Miss March: Heather D'Angelo
Miss April: Emily Osgoode
Miss May: Alexendra Cole
Miss June: Ginger Taylor
Miss July: Jessicaa Joleen

Someone said something regarding the correlation of runner-ups to winners and so I wanted to find a list of both, to do my own research to see if there is any validity to that. :shrug:
Not important, I just like researching statistics in general. LOL.

I laugh at that too, but in this case it's more like Miss America 2009 served her full year, and then several years later something happened so her name was deleted and the runner up was named Miss America 2009 in 2015. You get the title with none of the hype. Like an Olympian being declared a gold medal winner years later, but not being able to stand on the podium.
As to runner-up correlation to winners, several have become winners the following month, several have becone winners a few months after being named runner-up. As mentioned earlier, two were named winners months later when the winner for their runner-up month delisted. Some runner-ups have never won, and I'm not positive about this but I believe a few ladies might have been runner-up more than once.
If the winner delists herself, the runner up will be shown in that slot.
