Here's the lowdown....

The dreaded HIV virus is almost impossible to contract from oral sex, female on male or even less likely, male on female... so if you're primary concern is "gettin' the AIDS", relax.

Now, are you married or in an exclusive relationship?  Then ther's more to worry about, because there are some non life-threatining (but highly embarassing) STD's that can be transmitted via oral sex.  You have to determine the amount of risk (for you as well as a signigicant other) that you're willing to take.

That being said. I've been participating in this "hobby", (and up until about three years ago, with non-pornstar providers) for close to 30 years, and have NEVER contracted any STD. and that goes back to the time where condoms were seldom used even for full service. (Oh, for the good old days!)

If your choice of a first time escort experience is with a pornstar who is actively involved in the industry (that is, making videos on a regular basis), your chance of picking up an STD, in my opinion, is even lower than with a "regular" provider, and even more so than with some woman you picked up in a bar... Pornstars who are currently making videos are tested at least once a month for HIV, and now for other STD's as well... Regular providers don't have that demand placed on them, and I bet less than 5% of bar hopping ladies have EVER been tested for ANYTHING....

So if a little muff-diving is your thang... pick a pornstar who is actively making videos, and don't worry too much about it.
