It drives me crazy that we can't respond to reviews. I have 30+ good reviews and then one person doesn't click and makes up a horrible lie and review and calls me a thief and it just tears my heart out.  
For future reference, I would never not give a refund if it was my fault I couldn't see you. But now I am no longer accepting credit cards because of this
