You view on too casual of verification

I am sure this has been discussed before but just want to get other people's opinion.  What would you consider too casual of verification process.  I would figure name, employment (in some situations), a contact phone of some kind, and at some references would be the standard normal.  Should I be consider if they don't ask for those things at least?

Unless of course you are a member of a screening service that they accept.

LE is, of course, very lax about screening.  Don't be low hanging fruit

what would be considered well review in general terms?

A review that lacks details or extremely short of details are not well written...

I would consider a wellreviewed provider to have at least six to ten reviews and that they be from reviewers that also have a track record. I would also be suspicious of the reviews of a provider that has six reviews and they are all in the last too weeks.
Many of these could be shills and is worth some investigating/
As far as screening if you make contact via. TER and she has your handle she may have contacted one or more of the galls you reviewed before getting back to you-  or maybe did before not getting back to you depending on the situation

There have been a couple of well reviewed providers here that I contacted when I first started hobbying, and even before I could send any reference info they were ready to set a play date. This had me concerned, and I was thinking that they did no screening of me at all and that I'd better call the whole thing off (LE flag). But I really wanted to see them, so I went thru with it and had no issues. It didn't dawn on me til later on that since they had my handle here, they either contacted one of my few references at the time, or were content with the 1 whitelisting that I had. I never did ask about it, but I have always been curious as to the various methods that each provider has in getting screenings done to their satisfaction.

The suck part is I have only 2 reviews from last year. Both of them are no longer providing but one was from an agency still operating.  So I am still seen as a newbie.  What can I do about it besides get more reviews in. Thanks for all the help info from everyone!

If you have been seeing providers, why not write reviews?  On P411, providers can indicate if they are newbie friendly, join there and look for those so you can build up some references.  Provider references are what you need.  P411 has an 800 number you can call and they will work with you to get you verified.

For me, I need references uber alles.  I used to do employment-only screening until I almost got raped by a surgeon.  Now, I don't really care what your name is, your phone number, etc.  I need to know you've been alone in a room with a woman or two and you didn't scare the shit out of them.  Also, the references need to be well established, or women I know.
