Yes, I've had it happen but not at all as a result of the activity described.  It came about (NPI) strictly as a matter of intercourse....foreplay was certainly involved, although I can't really recall/describe exactly what it might have been.  It hasn't happened often, & the first time was long ago when I was much very inexperiened...so inexperienced that I didn't even know what had taken place.  

Then I got married & it never happened with the wife---then I became involved in a long-time relationship & it never happened with the girlfriend.  These two relationships (yeah, I was a pretty "loyal" individual) involved so many years & were a few years ago...I wasn't even sure my memory was accurate when I heard the subject discussed again a few months ago.

Then it happended again...this time I knew what had happened.  It took place with a provider while in my rear yard near the pool.  She was someone I'd seen several times previously.  Anyway, to shorten this story...we were going at it doggie fashion (or would it be better desciribed as reverse cowgirl--anyway, you get the picture).  I was sitting in a chair & she was literally doing almost all the "work".  

We're doing this for quite a while (not sure how long, but I'm not Superman either) when she gasps (moans, screams, whatever) obviously reaching an intense O.  Then she climbs off almost immediately & says "My God...I'm squirting."  Yeah, she was...very visibly---& no, it obviously wasn't urine (like I'd heard some others say before).

I'm certainly not sure how common all this is...it certainly hasn't happened on more than a very few occasions with me.  But that could easily be due to my ineptitude...the ladies are of course much too polite to ever say such a thing.
