Your full name, real phone number, email address, employment verification information, etc. The exact criteria varies from provider to provider, but you can basically guarantee that a real name and real phone number will be required.

I got started with p-411 and date-check as well as the TER handle. It really is better for the ladies if you are verified. Your on your way, just a few more 'hoops' to jump through.
