Best guess is an improper link.

As xyz said, you can find out the exact reason your ad wasn't posted by checking "my message boards." If that doesn't answer your question you can use "contact us" and ask them directly.  If I had to guess without any more info, I would guess you used an improper link. (I only say that because it is the most common reason for declined ads.) Your TER ad must have a link to another website presense. It can be your personal website which in turn must have a link back to TER on the first or main page. Or it can be a link to your ad on an ad site but the site must be approved by TER. Any ad site that also has reviews is not allowed on TER. We can't mention the sites that are not allowed but some of the ones that are allowed include Myproviderguide, slixa, and citysource.

i just got my TER membership yesterday and been waiting to post a ad but whenever i go back to the Las vegas ad board mine never shows . is anyone else having this problem ?

You might be breaking a rule and disqualifying your post.

...Go to the bottom of any page. Click the site map link. Look under the Account Manager heading. Find "My Board Posts" click on it. You will get a list of all the posts you have made. The ones TER has held/rejected will have a reason for the rejection written under the subject line.

Another thought, you're new so all your posts are checked by Board Admin before they are allowed to show (you're moderated). Usually posts go live in a couple of hours or less. If it's been longer than a couple of hours and your ad isn't showing refer to my explanation above.

Rules for posting ads are in the Self-Help Center. See the link below.

One, you are moderated until you admin feels you can follow the posting guidelines.  You need to start posting on your local regional board and in a few weeks, ask admin to un-moderate you.  Two, you violated a rule for posting ads.  As mentioned above, go to your account manager and look at your list of board posts to find out why your ad was denied.
