There may be such evidence.

According to the 2012 FBI Uniform Crime Report Expanded Homicide Tables, murder victims with prostitution as the circumstance were twice as likely to be male. While certainly not definitive, it may indicate a higher level of violence against trans-gender.

if the personal tittle "ts" is by choice or if i its assigned to the Trans girls when they see it in TER reviews or the website E...

Although its not by choice. I think it makes it easier for people to know who's genetic female and who's not. I don't think its a bad thing specially when advertising or appealing to a certain crowd, and while it's not ideal either; I think most tgirls are fine with it (for advertising purposes that is).

Some men don't want a transgender woman, even if she's had the reassignment surgery...and some men, unfortunately, are prone to violence when surprised with a transgender woman.  That's one of the main reasons the murder rate of T-girls is so high.

I guy might get a little pissed if the woman that answers the door is 40 lbs heavier and 20 years older than advertised, but how many times do we hear about a man getting violent over that type of deception? That same man who might even go through with the session, even after being deceived by a "woman", is likely to put the TS right through the wall or worse and these aren't isolated incidents, this type of thing happens all the time.

When this topic comes up, I refer to the recent (2014) case of the US Marine who murdered a transgender in the Philippines.  Some guys will freak out that way.

However, there's also the flip side.  Some guys will turn the feeling of humiliation brought on by the deception inward (instead of murderously outward).  Depression, other personality distortions, maybe even suicide.

Regardless of any laws about gender equality and all of that stuff, there is something more fundamental in our psyches that bears on this.

I think there needs to be full disclosure before the fact.

Which reminds me of a joke ...

A man walks into a bar and orders 10 shots of Jack Daniels and starts tossing them back one by one.
The bartender asks what they are for. The man says "I got my first blow job today." The bartender says "Congratulations! This calls for another one on the house."  The man says "No thanks. If 10 shots can't get the taste out of my mouth I don't think another one will.

Maybe I am misunderstanding your post but if a provider advertises as a T-girl and a hobbyist schedules a date KNOWING ahead of time she us a T-girl, how is that "practicing deceit?"

If a provider advertises as a Tgirl, she most definitely is NOT practicing deceit.

What I am talking about are the Tgirls who "surprise" their clients. That is not only deceptive, but downright dangerous.

I am not saying your wrong, I just have no clue how the authorities would categorize it to know that.

According to the 2012 FBI Uniform Crime Report Expanded Homicide Tables, murder victims with prostitution as the circumstance were twice as likely to be male. While certainly not definitive, it may indicate a higher level of violence against trans-gender.

For example, if a John roughed up a girl or stiffed her, the pimp would have had motive, as well as the John , by defending himself.

Furthermore, the victims could have been from gay, non transsexual prostitutes.

All of the above would square with the "prostitution as the circumstance" you mention.

Seems like way too many variables to deduce what the OP is claiming is true.

Transgender Europe’s Trans Murder Monitoring (TMM) project – initiated in April 2009 in order to systematically monitor, collect and analyse reports of homicides of trans and gender-diverse people worldwide

The new result update reveals that between January 2008 and December 2014:

"the analysis of the TMM data shows that 65% of all murdered trans and gender-diverse people whose profession is known were sex workers."

There is some evidence that points to trans* women who engage in prostitution being more prone to victimization, but underreporting means a lack of qualitative as well as quantitative data. The same could be same for cisgender prostitution as well, however. Unfortunately there just hasn't been enough data collected or analyzed to make a definitive finding one way or the other.

That said, prostitutes are at high risk for being victims of violence, as are trans* people (compared to the general population). It would logically follow that trans* prostitutes would be at an even higher risk.

I'mma shut myself up now before I turn this into a dissertation. :D

but the evidence, even if anecdotal, is still overwhelming that being a TS prostitute is VERY VERY dangerous work indeed. ESPECIALLY if the TS in question is in the habit of "surprising" her johns with a little "extra" downstairs.

But many times, as you are insinuating, since anecdotes are not scientific, the data is often flawed.

Remember about 10, maybe 15 years ago, some group came out and said that Super Bowl Sunday was the "super bowl" for domestic abuse?

Many just excepted it on its face, as it made some sense, logically. Many place bets on that game, many lose big money, and there is the innocent SO woman to take the brunt physically for all that rage and anger.

Then someone checked on the numbers. It didn't hold up to scrutiny. It was bogus.

Quite possible TS's face more danger than others in P4p. Possible they face less too.

Just really no way of knowing for sure, but I do agree, TS women should engage in honesty and transparency, as all people should, to avoid possible ahole clients and risk setting them off, but no, if they fail from time to time and are human, they certainly don't ever deserve to get hurt. Ever.

The best info I've been able to find:
http://www.transrespect-transphobia.org/en_US/tvt-project/tmm-results/idahot-2015.htm

Mexico and Belize are completely out of control with the murders of transgender individuals, comprising significantly more than half of all reported murders of in the past seven years.  Of course, it is nearly impossible to know for certain who in the mix was a sex worker, though we do know that a high percentage of transgender women turn to sex work due to the discrimination faced in main stream job markets.  However per the report above - "Furthermore the analysis of the TMM data shows that 65% of all murdered trans and gender-diverse people whose profession is known were sex workers."

It's not likely that 65% of all cis gendered murder victims have been sex workers.

So slightly more than anecdotally, I would run the the high probability... and that is even without  years of participating in both the Transgender Day of Rememberence and the International Day to End Violence Against Sex Workers... reading the names each year... so many names...

I would want to know if there's a little something extra in her panties. Just not my thing.

as with everything, truth in advertising is the best approach.

1) Yes, you are a girl because that is how you identify yourself
2) if you've had the surgery, there are at least a few of us GMs for whom it makes not an ounce of difference that you weren't born GG

That's my personal opinion and I'm sticking with it :-)

As others have stated, whether or not the TS label gets slapped on you with your consent, it is best to be open and upfront about it.

I don't have any statistics regarding the violence/murder rates of TS/TG providers vs non-TS/TG providers.
I do, however, have a story to share.

Long ago, a friend of a friend who was a pre-op TS offered topless massage with HE/French only.  She did not ever "fully disclose".  She got hurt a few times.  Badly.   She told me that sort of thing happened to "queens" (her word, not mine) all the time.
After an extremely serious incident she switched to only providing non-sexual BDSM.
