i have a regular that i see here in utah who i reffered to TER! considering that we are both new to the site , im unable to tell him how to even start on a review because i dont have a TER #. I feel like such a dud )= any help ? please !!

This will be a double whammy: his first review means it might be held up until there is further confirmation. Since it's also your first review, that can also hold it up in the queue until someone with a credible reviewing history submits a review. Catch-22, huh?
You must both post from different computers. If TER sees both Provider and Reviewer submissions coming from the same source, they become suspicious and can terminate or suspend accounts

self help center. It explains what he must do to write a review. As already pointed out, your review may take longer than normal to post as you are both new. He does not need your ID# to post a review, just your handle and contact information.
After your review posts, you can ask admin to link your profile to your handle and for limited provider VIP membership. This way, each time you post, a link will appear under your handle letting readers know where your reviews are. The VIP will let you read the juicy details of your own reviews. To read the juicy details of others, you will have to get paid VIP just like the guys do.
