First sentence, "...have pooled there resources..." most likley you mean "...have pooled their resources..." Also, I believe you mean Nikki is a guardian "angel" not a guardian "angle" (about 45 degrees, maybe?).
Finally, the most important correction of all. You are an agency, not independents. Two phone numbers (one Houston, one Los Angeles) for all the girls. One "guardian angel" answering the phone, doing the scheduling and screening, and providing "direction and guidance." That by definition is an agency. There's nothing wrong with being an agency, so long as you're not a rip-off agecny like we have here in Las Vegas. Just admit the fact that you are an agency, and if you and your girls provide good service, there shouldn't be any problems with it.
