Very funny. Tried that and came up with nothing.
1. In the "search for" box, try more than one term: tips tipping
2. In the drop down, choose "Any of these words" (rather than all or exact phrase).
(Or search an exact phrase "tipping before" or "tipping before or after")
3. Expand the days to search in increments:
30 0; then try 100 30; then try 200 100; and so on.
What you will find is a difference of opinion but most leaning towards tip at the end

There are plenty of ways to search and everybody has their favorite strategy and approach.
OP should pick up some search TIPS from me, you and the others and figure out what's best for them.

When you search always set the number of days to 300 or more. The results are listed with most recent at the top. Choosing your words matters and "all these words", "any of these words", and "exact phrase" matters too.
Work with it some and you should get results. Frankly it takes practice.
as for tipping, do so at the end of the date if you feel her service deserved it, at least on the first date.
A classy way of offering the tip is to have the bills in your pants pocket. Just before the goodbye hug and kiss, reach down and palm the cash in your hand, then hug her. As you back away, have your hand run down her arm and thence to her palm, where you then transfer the bills to her palm.
