I will try three or four times and I am lucky if it shows up, it that normal? I don't understand what's happening :-(

By your reviews, I know you aren't new on TER, but are you new to posting on the boards? All new posters are moderated which means their posts have to be approved by TER before they go live. Sometimes that takes a few minutes and sometimes a few hours. If you have been posting for a while, use "contact us" and ask admin to unmoderate you. If you are a new poster, try posting a lot for a month or so, then ask to be unmoderated.

Don't post things three or four times. Just post once and be patient.

Crystal, to get unmoderated, you have to demonstrate to admin that you can follow the posting guidelines.  So, what you need to do is start posting on your local regional board.  You don't have to start threads, just comment on existing ones.  This will also help local guys get a handle on your personality which may increase the number of times you get contacted for a session.  Like ps said, after a month or so, ask admin to unmoderate you.

If you really want to know what's going on, contact admin now and ask them directly.  We are, at best, just speculating.

Before re-posting, you can check the status of your submissions by going to the "My TER" tab (along the top) and then select "My Message Boards" under My Quick Links on the left hand side.  That displays the subject lines of your recent posts and their status.

"Active" means Active and others can see it on the boards
"New" means it needs moderation before becoming Active
"Not Allowed" means Not Allowed and there is sometimes a brief explanation

I'm trying to remember if there are other Status codes.

Even those of us who are not moderated sometimes find our posts getting stuck as "New" due to some random moderation policy
