There are an average of 360 reviews per day approved. You don't expect them to send a notice to all those ladies, do you? :)
Anyway, here's a few things you should do:
1) Now that you have a review, ask TER to link it to your username. Use "contact us" or email them at [email protected] from the email address on your profile. Once your profile is linked, you will have free Limited Provider VIP. This will allow you to whitelist. This also allows you to read the juicy details of your review, and gives you the ability to send and receive PMs. Also once you have the profile linked, there will be a "see my reviews" link by your username every time you post on a board.
2) Use problem reports or contact us to correct your profile and fix all the "don't knows"
3) Select yourself as a "favorite." once you do that you will receive an email notice every time you get a new review.
4) Read the self help center. There is a lot of good information there. (including how to whitelist) you can find the self help center at the top of the page by the life preserver.

Congrats on your review. Good luck! :)

Hello all, so I have a question as I am a bit confused. Is TER supposed to alert you that you have been reviewed because I did not receive any notice or my TER ID. I had to look up the person that reviewed me to get it. Is that normal protocol? Also, how do I whitelist this reviewer... so many questions, lol. Please help me if you can.

They will notify you if you update your account manager.  Many of the guys we will put a lady in our "favorites" and we will be notified if she gets a new review.  I believe it is the same for the lady.  To be Whitelsited I think you have to have your reviews liked to your account some how.  Contract TER and they can tell you how to list a client for a Whitelist.

Click on "email favorites update" and then go to your profile and click "add to favorites", you will get an email whenever you get a new review.

...is a paid VIP membership privilege. I don't think the Provider VIP gives them that access.

Of course she could pay for VIP.

Go to the Reviews tab, click and then click on the Search tab.  When the drop down menu opens, click on Search by reviewers.  When in opens, enter the reviewer's handle in the box, and click search.  When his list of reviews opens up, I believe down at the bottom of the page, there should be a button for you to submit a WL referral.

This is the place to ask questions, so don't be shy about asking.

...work for providers with provider VIP. They need to look a bit further down the drop down menu and click search white list.

Go down to the 'search white list' and click there.
