I have noticed that many ladies are only offering in-calls. I was wondering how providers decide on which service to offer. Do you charge more for in-call or out-call? Are you willing to do out-calls once you have met a client before? I generally like to do out-calls with ladies that I have never met before, because I prefer at least a 4 star hotel and you never know what you are going to get when you go to see a lady for the first time. I have heard some terrible stories about some of the places that the providers host in. I am sure the same can be said about clients but the providers haven't discussed this on the boards.
they have you in their own sanctuary. They do not have to worry about going to a place they have never been before to meet a guy they have never seen before. Either way, neither of you knows what you're going to meet, the only advantage you have is that you usually know something about her and approximately what she looks like. She knows pretty much nothing about you or what you look like. Some guys like me can only do incall, which I prefer anyway, and some can only do outcall like when they are on the road for business.

Ladies who can actually work from their homes can save money on not having to rent an in call at all.
LE will usually not go to an in call, but in some cities they will, to hotel room in calls, anyways.
Ladies who have families at home may offer a lower rate for an out call or only do out calls, because they can't work from home and would rather go to your place then rent an in call location.
When someone is pretty new without many references or much experience, I will only see him at my in call, and I share his personal info with my assistant (they know this before I do it). I need to feel really comfortable about an out call. Because out calls are riskier mainly because of LE, but for other safety reasons, too.
But many of my clients like to be able to be comfortable in their own place, have a drink, smoke some pot...whatever. They don't want to get dressed and drive home afterwards

I try to avoid hotel incalls unless I know the provider. Feels safer and usually is more relaxed.
