...Problem Reports are for simple updates and corrections. Changing your name and your TER handle is a Contact Us situation. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and explain what needs to be done. You can check back for their response by clicking the My Feedback link at the top of the My TER page (see My TER tab at top of any page). You can also find the My Feedback link at the top of the page in Account Manager.

Be sure to identify yourself by your TER provider ID #.

I apologize for the sudden influx of newbie questions! I'm ready to start fully concentrating on this now that I have more free time over the summer.

I have since changed my name. The Serenity screen name was never my name. I didn't realize it would become my name is I only entered it to for ease to match my email. I tried to make do but I hated the name so I changed to Alexie Amor. Now that became even a bigger issue due to all the numerous variations of other providers with that name. So....

I changed my name for the final time and this one I'm keeping! Since I've only been doing this a little less than 3 mos, I figured now was the best time to make any changes before I became "established".

I don't want to lose the reviews I've earned but I would like to officially change my name on TER. How do I do that? Is it possible to change my screen name too?  

By the way, my new name is Ana Valentina. Ana rhymes with Donna (not Hannah!). ;)

and give them your new name.  It will most likely wind up being Alexie/Serenity/Ana Valentina on your profile.  
That's kinda how I wound up with Debbie/Debra lol    

Definitely a good idea to point out how "Ana" is pronounced.... because to me, Anna Valentina rolls off the tongue a bit better than Ah-na Valentina with the latter pronounced Val-ehn-teen-ah... if you're going for Ah-na Vla-ehn-tine-ah (like tines of a fork)... then that does sound really good and dramatic, as well.  ;-)

If you wish to change your screen-name (TER username) then I think you need to contact Admin about that.  I'm sure others here know more about that.  :-

Because I'm Spaniard, I am accustomed to Ana being pronounced with a short O. Ah-nah. Valentina is Val-en-TEE-nah.

Ana Valentina pronounced in a proper Spanish accent is very romantic. :)

this board.  That's what it's here for.  Debbie is right, if you have reviews under different handles, and admin approves your handle change, your reviews will be combined with all handles that you have received here listed at the top.  If you explain your situation properly to admin, they will likely go along with changing your site handle.
