Never give out more information than you're comfortable giving. If they won't accept what you're willing to give move on to someone who will.

Running into some "way out" requests for screening for a certain (I thought) reputable agency    -- photo copy of paystub, utility bill!   Is this for real?    Sounds like a setup

don't ever send out anything like that!  Move on.

That's information I'd only voluntarily share with a potential employer! Hell I wouldn't even want relatives to know how much I make!

That is crazy! Steer far away and never look back. Zero reason for them to even request that. Noone should be requesting that EVER.

Avoid agencies....there are plenty of independent providers out there to choose from!
