Tipping, is not mandatory with independent ladies,(but, of course appreciated) most agency ladies work on tips.

As far as looks, being chubby is no big deal! Being respectful to the ladies and having good hygiene will score major points! Remember NOBODY is perfect, sweetheart!

ok...first of all, no provider is going to not except you if you are a little on the heavy side......not all, but most providers are all about personality!..

It's all about personality.....There are alot of very good looking gentleman out there that aren't jerks, but just like some women that are good looking, there are alot of guys are are hot that have a HUGE head, (and I am not talking about the other kind of head!...he!he!) that I won't see just because they think that they are all that and a bag of chips!

Tips are always appreciated, but alot of ladies see this as a total option on your part - no guilt required for not participating.

As for question number 2, I have visited with more than 1 guy who preferred to leave the lights low or off. I know it's not because they found my fanged teeth and green skin off putting..
LOL... Some guys feel more confident with only candlelight or dark surroundings for many reasons, such as weight, scars from a surgery or accident, etc. I don't think that what you are asking for is abnormal, and I don't think you'll have any trouble finding a girl who will gladly accomodate your wishes.
